A Houston native, Dean Zubowski has been with the company for six years and plays a critical role overseeing furniture production from concept to completion. During his time here, Dean has worn many hats, contributing to furniture design, production oversight, sales, merchandising, management, and vendor relations.

Although he did not come from a traditional furniture background, Dean’s hands-on approach and eye for detail have made him an integral part of the team. His diverse experience across departments gives him a unique perspective on how each piece is designed, built, and delivered to best serve the customer.

Outside of work, Dean enjoys golfing, spending quality time with his family, and grilling whenever he gets the chance.

When it comes to furniture, Dean is especially passionate about custom, oversized sectionals designed for comfort and real-life living. He’s also a big fan of incorporating accent leather to elevate a piece and add character.

Dean’s favorite project to date is deeply personal: designing and building a custom glider for his daughter’s nursery. The project was especially meaningful as he had the unique opportunity to write “Dad loves you” into the hardwood frame, a detail that perfectly reflects the heart behind his work.
